Mossery Cover
My collaboration with Mossery for KLABF

The cover is titled Surrender.
I think the image is quite self-explanatory. Running naked into the vast landscape and getting lost in it. There is a sense of openness like the world is giving and kind, and you get to be yourself and let loose without any mental hindrance. I designed each tree to be different, possibly symbolising the diversity of experiences you can feel as you pass through it. The thing is, you don’t have to go through every single one of it but knowing that there are so many possibilities that could occur if you one day decide to take a different turn.

I wanted to show that sometimes is good to let go of control and run wild into the unknown. I noticed we are always trying to manage every single detail of our lives, maybe it’s a human thing, to ease our fear and anxiety with checklists and purposes. I noticed when I let go and flow with what’s appropriate, I stumble upon unexpected and interesting experiences, people and moments, which made me more curious and grateful for the world around me.

This is the initial design which I ended up changing it to this green and yellow theme!
